default local installs to the Codex user skill root at ~/.agents/skills
keep ~/.claude writes behind explicit --agent claude
install command manifests as standard skills for Codex
add repeatable --exclude support for preserving existing customized skills
fix false command digest conflicts and document the multi-agent workflow

Validation

installer regression suite covers Codex and Claude layouts
repeated Codex dry-run reports zero pending updates
61 missing skills installed to ~/.agents/skills while four existing ~/.codex custom skills remain active
shell syntax and diff validation passed
